section of hydrotreating and stabilization of gasolines from atmospheric distillation unit and delayed coker unit;
section of division of wide petrol fraction for a purpose of allocation of BP-85 C fraction
section of isomerization of BP-85 C fraction.
Section of gasolines hydrotreating and stabilization is intended for purification of gasolines from sulfur, nitrogen - and oxygencontaining hydrocarbons on the special catalyst in the presence of hydrogen, and also stabilization of gasolines from section of diesel fuel hydrotreating and dewaxing unit by a rectification method.
Design capacity of the section of gasolines hydrotreating and stabilization on raw material in continuous work 330 days/year is:
on the node of hydrotreating - 470 000 tons / year (60 tons / h);
on the node of stabilization - 554 000 tons / year (70 tons / h).
Production: hydrotreated gasoline, liquefied gas.
Section of division of wide gasoline fraction is intended to increase the octane number of wide gasoline fraction by distillation of low-octane components C5 - C6 from its composition.
Design capacity of the section on raw material, including gasoline from existing hydrotreating unit is - 870 000 t / year (110 t / h).
Production: fraction BP-85 C (raw material of isomerization), fraction BP 85-180 C (raw material of reforming).
Isomerization section of fraction BP-85 C is used to increase the octane number by its isomerization on the special catalyst in the presence of hydrogen.
173 300 tons/year (22 t/h). Production: isomerizate (high octane component).
